Your pipeline, one conversation away
Mate is the agent built into Webalza. Ask in plain language — it finds leads, builds personalized redesign pitches, runs LinkedIn and email campaigns, works the inbox, and reports on results. You approve the plan; Mate does the work.
Find 30 dental clinics in Austin with slow websites, build a redesign demo for each, and start email outreach.

What you can ask for
Outcomes, not menus. Every example below is a message you can send today.
Launch and steer campaigns
LinkedIn and email sequences built for a specific audience — Mate picks the order, delay and tone based on who you're targeting.
- "Create a LinkedIn campaign for SaaS founders in Austin"
- "Pause the Q3 email sequence until Monday"
- "Show me this campaign's report — opens, replies, what worked"
Work the CRM
Leads, pipelines, labels and stages — kept current without dragging cards around.
- "Move every lead that replied to Negotiation"
- "Label all leads from yesterday's import as hot"
- "What do we know about this lead?"
Triage the inbox
Every channel's replies in one place — summarized, prioritized and drafted for you.
- "Summarize unread threads and draft replies to the three hottest"
- "Reply to Sarah that we'll send the proposal Monday"
- "Mark the newsletter threads as read"
Build audiences
Search LinkedIn, sync the results, and keep audiences exclusive across campaigns — Mate reports exactly who was skipped and why.
- "Build an audience of UK agencies we've never contacted"
- "How many prospects are left in the US founders pool?"
Research before you write
Live web search and page reading, so messaging reflects what's true today — not a template.
- "Find what these 30 prospects have in common and adjust the messaging"
- "Check this company's site and recent news before I pitch"
Answer with numbers
Dashboard stats, deliverability, growth trends — pulled on demand, in plain language.
- "Which campaign got the most replies last month?"
- "How's my email deliverability trending?"
Keep watch while you sleep
Recurring tasks report on a schedule — every read-only run lands back in your chat. Real sends are never unattended.
- "Every morning, report new replies and anything that looks stuck"
- "Each Friday, summarize pipeline movement this week"
Housekeeping
Subscription, credits, connected accounts — asked and answered.
- "How many credits are left this month?"
- "Disconnect the old sending account"
How Mate stays safe
Plans you approve
For anything multi-step, Mate writes a plan first. You see every step, edit the approach, and approve before it runs.
Nothing sends without a click
Real sends and launches — campaigns, replies, test emails — always stop for your explicit confirmation. Mate never fires them on its own.
Scheduled runs are read-only
Recurring tasks can report and analyze, but every write action is blocked while you're away. Reports wait for you, not the reverse.
Scoped to your account
Mate only ever sees and touches your own workspace. Conversations keep an audit trail, and memory is yours to view or delete.
FAQ
Where do I find Mate?
Inside the dashboard at Dashboard → Assistant. It's conversational — type what you want done, attach a CSV if you have one, and Mate plans the rest.
Does Mate cost extra?
Mate has its own usage allowance that scales with your plan; campaign sends, redesigns and other credit-bearing actions consume the same credits they would from the dashboard. Your plan page shows the current allowance.
Can I use my own AI agent instead?
Yes — that's what the MCP server is for. Connect Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP-capable agent and it gets the same toolset as Mate, with your client doing the reasoning. See the Connect your agent guide.
Can Mate act without telling me?
No. Reads are instant, but anything that changes or sends data — creating campaigns, moving leads, replying — requires either an approved plan or a per-action confirmation card.
